Parks, Frances E. On September 2, 2011, Frances E. Parks, daughter of Alice Joann Lee and the late John W. Smith Jr., mother of Oscar Parks and wife Carmen, grandmother of Megan Sennett and husband Derek, Dylan Derossett, Vance Parks and Alyssa Parks. She was additionally survived by one brother John G. Smith and three sisters Mary Murray, Julie Fox and Carol Wonder. Relatives and Friends may call at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Tuesday and Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM.
