Joan Marie O'Bara

Devoted wife of 59 years to the late John P. O’Bara Sr, Beloved mother of Johnnetta Purcell and her late husband Jerry, John P. O’Bara Jr. and wife Joyce, Dorothy Brehm and husband William and James O’Bara and wife Ae Cha. She was additionally survived by 13 loving grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 brothers Phillip and Stephen Komornik and one sister Dorothy Heinlein. Mrs. O’Bara was preceded in death by a brother Martin Komornik and a sister Antoinette Louise Koch. The Family will receive friends on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at the funeral Home. Interment will be at the Meadow Ridge Cemetery.
