beloved Husband of Dottie A. Kincaid; Devoted father to Anita Perdue and husband Charles, Kathy Baker and husband Gary, Russell Shipley and wife Donna and Kevin Shipley and wife Marie. Mr. Kincaid was additionally survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, an Aunt Margaret Steers and a faithful companion Ziggy. Family will receive at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Road on Thursday from 3 to 5 & 7 to 9 PM with a Funeral Service at 8:00 PM.
