Douglas Alan Lozinak

            Douglas Alan Lozinak Sr. passed away on February 10, 2014 following cardiac arrest. “Doug” was born on March 23, 1961, the youngest of five children, to Andrew and Fay Lozinak. He was raised in Dundalk, MD and graduated from Patapsco High School in 1979. He then attended Loyola College for two years while working full time at a local McDonald’s restaurant where he excelled in operations and management. He quickly achieved area supervisor and director of operations levels. Doug relocated to Easton, MD in 1996. Ten years later he retired from McDonald’s and began a successful service company of his own which he ran for nine years until his death. Doug is survived by Allison, his wife and soul mate, his son Doug Jr., brothers Marshall and Kerstan, sisters Brenda and Daria, stepchildren Adam and Jillian, and granddaughters Kalaya and Lydia. He is also survived by an impressive number of nieces, nephews, cousins, etc. Doug was vivacious and passionate in all of his interests, including sports, most notably the Baltimore Ravens. He is deeply missed by all he knew. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2014, his 53rd birthday at the family owned and operated Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD at 2PM.
