Carmen J. DiPasquale, 88, passed away peacefully April 18, 2014. Survived by his children Carmen Ann (Kevin) and Gino (Sandy), grandchildren Richy Camillucci IV, Gina and Carly DiPasquale and preceded by his special lady, partner and wife Pearle.
Carmen was a Baltimore Icon. Mention DiPasquale’s Deli, Carmen’s Pizza, Modern Liquors, Rosedale Cabana Club, The Ice Cream Tree, and his name will start endless stories and scenarios that will always have someone else joining in.
Carmen, A proud Navy man, amazing professional drummer, was very dedicated as president of Dundalk Optimist Club & also proud of the scholarship funds they have been able to provide as well as the same accomplishments as President of the Italian American Civic Club. Carmen also introduced the first calzone to Ocean City at his deli Dito’s.
Well Dad, seems fitting you waited for your father’s legacy as DiPasquale’s Marketplace to reach it’s 100th year before you said Good-Bye.
Arrangement have been entrusted to Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road. A graveside service to be announced at a later date. Online condolences may also be made at www.connellyfuneralhomeofdundalk.com
