John C. Horton

John C. Horton, age 71, of Edgewood, MD, passed away on July 12, 2014 at GBMC after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Miskelly (nee Gravley) and father, Millard Miskelly of Kingsville. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lavon Horton (nee Kahl); daughters Cheryl Akers, Dawn Russell and husband Michael; Sons Robert Horton, Timothy Horton and wife Lisa, brothers Bill Horton and Terry Miskelly, 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. Dundalk Md. 21222 on Friday, July 18,2014, at 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A service will be held on Saturday, July 19,2014, 11AM at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk. Burial will be at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens 10201 Bird River Rd Baltimore, MD 21220.
