On November 18, 2014 , Rachel Marie Spencer (nee Powell), Cherished wife to Charles W. Spencer Sr. , Beloved mother to Bonnie Pessaro, Wanda McNulty, Marsha Venker, and Charles W. Spencer Jr., Loving Grandmother to 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Road on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Funeral service to celebrate Rachel’s life will be held on Saturday at 11:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens.
