On February 5, 2015, Joseph William Higgs Sr., beloved husband to Eleanor Higgs; Devoted father to Fran Earle and her husband Tom, Joseph Higgs Jr. and his partner Dee Over, Bernice Verner and her husband Tony, Edward Higgs Sr. and his wife Tracy; Loving grandfather to David Earle and his wife Margaret, Ben Verner and his wife Stacy, Jen Schneider and her husband Eric, Edward Higgs Jr. and Taylor Higgs. Cherished great-grandfather to Ana Earle, Reed Verner, Jack Verner and “Baby” Schneider; Dear brother to Marie Amend and Helen Lader. The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Sunday 12-2pm and 4-6pm. A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Joseph’s life will be 1:00 pm Monday afternoon @ Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Interment following the mass @ Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
