Morris, beloved husband to Garnette “Jania” Morris (nee Mitchell); Devoted father to Joanne Traynor, Edward Morris, Nancy Pike, Wayne Morris; step-father to Pamela Clark, Sara Dileonardi, Karen Sprankle, Rick Logan, and Jayna Sawyer; Loving grandfather to 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; step grandfather to 8 step grandchildren and 6 step great-grandchildren; Dear brother to Wilson Morris; Deceased children Joseph R. Morris, and Janice Hively and the late grandchild, Tammy Traynor and the late stepson, Paul Slifer. A funeral service to celebrate Joseph’s’ life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday at Edgemere Church of God, 7414 Ellen Avenue, Egdemere, MD. 21219.
