Charlotte H. Fell

On April 17, 2015 Charlotte Helena beloved wife of James Fell. Devoted mother of Angelia Ormiston and her husband James and Jacqueline Fell. Grandmother of Alexander and Gabriel. Daughter of Mildred Mullins and late Ralph. Sister of Lorie Spears and Mickey Mansfield. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Wednesday 3-5 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held for Charlotte on Thursday 10am. Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery.
