Nicholas J. Mazziott

“Nick” was born on December 8, 1936 into a large loving Italian family, the second oldest of six children. He devoted his life to the care of his mother after the sudden death of his father, and became the corner stone of the Mazziott family. Nick was an avid sports fan and athlete, displaying this support and knowledge of our hometown sports teams, the Orioles and the Colts and Ravens. As a young man, Nick played baseball, football, basketball and competed in wrestling and track events with success. Later in life he developed a passion for golf. He loved the game and enjoyed being able to share his knowledge with any and all who wanted to learn. It was not uncommon for family and friends seek out Nick for this knowledge. Nick loved children and was generous in support of children based charities. Nick is survived by his brothers, Vince & Joe and his sisters, Rose & Mary, and many nieces and nephews and their children The family will receive friends at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Road on Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM.
