Ruby Virginia Billings

Beloved Mother of Hilda Isner and Husband Thad, Marshal Norman, Daughter in Law Frieda Smith and her late husband William Smith, Grandmother of five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Mrs. Billings was born August 18, 1923 in Tad, West Virginia, went to a one room school house for eight years and graduated high school in Charleston, West Virginia. She was a big hearted woman who loved giving. She did cooking at a homeless center. She loved picking in the garden. Arrangements are being handled by the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME of DUNDALK 7110 Sollers Point Road.
