On June 10, 2015 Frank beloved husband of the late Mary Hylton. Companion of Mary Kasper. Devoted father of Robin Crispens, Pamela Mancuso and the late French Hylton. Brother of Charles Hylton. Grandfather of Jason Stanley, Krystal Stanley, William Roberts and Nicole Roberts. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Sunday 3-5 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday 11am at St. George and St. Matthews Episcopal Church,2900 Dunleer Rd. Interment Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
