John E. Roh

On Thursday July 23, longtime businessman and loving husband, father and grandfather, John E. Roh departed this earth to be with the Lord. John is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Dorothy (Pat) Roh, his parents Ernst Roh and Ana Marie Pheifle and his sisters Erna Moore and Helene Novotny. He is survived by his sons, John Roh, his wife Teresa, Dan Roh, his wife Donna, Doug Roh, his fiancé Dee, and daughter Nora Roh Pyle (Cookie) and Husband Rick. Also left to cherish Opa’s memory are his loving grandchildren, John David Roh, Angel Roh Smith, Daniel Klaus Roh, Danen Roh, Travis Roh, Richard Pyle, Phillip Pyle, Timothy Pyle, and Joshua Seevers as well as 10 great-grandchildren. John also leaves behind his long-time friend and companion, Ursula Vukov. As the Patriarch of the Roh family, the wisdom and leadership he imparted on his family and friends has left a strong foundation for his future generations. The family will receive friends at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Monday from 4:00-7:00 pm. A funeral service to celebrate John’s life will be held on Tuesday at 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
