Sapp; Devoted father to Angela Smith, Dayne Sapp, and Chase Marie Sapp; Loving brother to Margaret Franklin, Denise Woron, Deborah Miller, and the late Roger Sapp. The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Tuesday from 6-8 PM. Interment will be at Woodsdale Memorial Park in Grafton, WV at a yet to be determined date.
