On September 15, 2015, Julius (Jule) Joseph Franks; Beloved husband of the late Wanda Jean Franks (nee Legg) : Devoted father of S. Michael Franks, wife Amy, Michelle Lynn Lating, companion John Kousouris, and Patricia Thibeault, husband Tom: Loving grandfather of Leslie McDonald, Robert M. Lating II, Kendall Thibeault and Thomas Thibeault and 2 great-grandchildren Logan and Piper McDonald. Also survived by Barbara Bell and many nieces and nephews.
