beloved Son of Marlene and the Late Thomas Shelby, Devoted Brother of Jean Ingellis and husband Victor, Mark Shelby, Rebecca Lang and husband Ernest, Tammy Shelby, Steven Shelby and Donald Santiago and wife Cindy. Mr. Shelby was additionally survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and loving friends.
