On April 8, 2016 Virginia M. Carter beloved wife of the late Carvel Carter. Devoted mother of Barbara Walston and her husband Ray, Charles Marble and his wife Sharon, Michael Marble and his wife Ellen, Kim Bohrer and her husband Gerry, Brenda Speelman and her husband Dean, Sherrie Hare and her husband Gregory and the late Carol Forbes. Dear sister of Delores Alger and the late William Thompson. Loving grandmother of Scott Walston, Ashley Marble, Derek Marble, Jeremy Bohrer, Nicholas Bohrer, Ryan Speelman, Christopher Carter, David Carter, Connie Forbes and George Forbes. Virginia is also survived by 8 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME of DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A funeral service to celebrate Virginia's life will be held on Tuesday 10am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
