On April 17, 2016, Frank Richard Mullen Sr., Beloved husband to Ruth Mullen: Loving father to Frank Richard Mullen Jr. and wife Connie, James Lee Mullen and wife Cindy, Dennis Patrick Mullen and wife Lisa: Cherished grandfather to Jason Howard Mullen and Christopher Michael Mullen: Loving great-grandfather to Skylar, Emma, Ainsley, Serenity, Khloe, and Peyton.
The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Wednesday from 6 to 8PM. A funeral service to celebrate Frank's life will be held Thursday morning at 11:00 AM at funeral home. Interment following the service at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
