On May 19, 2016 William "Bill" Collins loving father of Mary Elizabeth Petersen and her husband Erik, Ann Marie Collins and Lelia Jeannette Collins. Grandfather of Ashlee Nicole Petersen. Brother of JoAnn Bloom and her late husband Thomas, Patrick Collins and his wife Marylou. Bill is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and many friends. "Our father was a very generous and caring man and a Vietnam War Veteran" The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 6-8pm. A funeral service to celebrate Bill's life will be held on Tuesday 11am. Interment to follow at Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
