Larry L. Adkins

Larry L Adkins, age 70, died June 29th, 2016 at Seasons Hospice in Rosedale, Maryland. He was born to Moses and Beaulah (nee Poole) Adkins in Danville, VA on June 15, 1946. He is survived by his daughter, Melanie Adkins Mangos of Pottstown, Pennsylvania and numerous relatives in Danville, Virginia. He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Winifred James Adkins (Jimmy). Larry earned a degree in Business Administration from Towson State University, worked at the Maryland School for the Blind, and owned the Pelicans Restaurant on Miller's Island, Maryland. Memorial donations are requested to your local Veteran's Association. A military burial will be held at Garrison- Forest Cemetary, Owings Mills, Maryland at 11:30am on Monday, July 18th, 2016.
