Lester G. Cheek

Gene Cheek (Cheeko), beloved husband of 61 years to Mildred Cheek, cherished father of Cynthia DeWitt and husband Ronald, Karen Rhymer and husband Robert and the late Michael Cheek, dear grandfather of Johnnie DeWitt and wife Holly, Crystal Knauer and husband John, Robert Rhymer III and wife Stacy, Kristie Wise and husband Chris and Sarah Walker. Mr. Cheek was additionally survived by nine loving great grandchildren and his brother Carl Cheek and his wife Sylvia. The family will receive friends at the Family Owned and Operated CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Road Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 12:30 PM from the funeral home. Interment will be at the Holly Hill Memorial Garden Cemetery.
