Angeline Cascio Puglisi, of Dundalk, MD, passed away on May 23, 2019, at the age of 103. She was the fourth child of Mario and Josephine (Russo) Cascio and is survived by her sister, Frances Cascio Martino.
She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony Puglisi, and the devoted mother of Raymond Puglisi (Sheila), Eugene Puglisi (Jo), the late Patricia Puglisi Blythe, and Anthony Puglisi.
She was the loving grandmother of Ann Puglisi Story (Austin), Mary Ann Puglisi FitzGerald, Jeanmarie Puglisi (Tom), Ruth-Elizabeth Puglisi Canada (David), Terrence Puglisi (Mary Jo), Gino Puglisi, Toni Blythe Yinger (Tom), Brent Blythe, and Wayne Blythe.
She was blessed to have had 11 great grandchildren: Diane FitzGerald Hudson, Karen FitzGerald Lowe, Brian FitzGerald, Joyce Canada Metzger, Jill Canada Somers, David Canada, Jr., Margaret Puglisi, Anthony Puglisi, Catherine Puglisi, Joanna Puglisi and Skyler Hansen. And, further blessed to have had 10 great-great grandchildren: Alexis Lowe, Jamie Lowe, Kelly Hudson, Kennedy Hudson, Leo Metzger, Jackson Metzger, Rylee FitzGerald, Owen FitzGerald, Avery FitzGerald and Jonathan Somers, Jr.
The family will receive friends at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Monday from 2-6 PM. A funeral service to celebrate Angie’s life will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 AM at St Rita’s Catholic Church, 2907 Dunleer Rd, Dundalk, with interment to follow at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in her honor to Gilchrist Hospice, 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350, Hunt Valley, MD 21031.
