Ann Ruth Carter

Ann Ruth Carter passed away from this life to eternity on September 25, 2022. She was a devoted mother to Melinda Mills and her husband John, Wanda Roush, Ronda Manager and her husband Bill. Loving grandmother  to John Mills III, Caroline Bowlin, Nicholas Mills and Ethan Mills, Benjamin Roush, Morgan Wanless, Hannah, Audrey and Gabriella Roush, Olivia, Lily, Grace Anne and Nathan Manager. Great grandmother to Wayne, Marley, Bailey, Oakley and Will Wanless, Hadley Roush and Ivy Lynn Mills. Dear sister to Dan, David, Lester Vaught and the late Allene Hash, Catherine Hagee, Robert Vaught, Lois Lyons, Mattie Wingate, Charleen Dixon, Ted Vaught, Lawrence Vaught, John Vaught, Doris Day and Peggy Eckel. Ann was also a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Wednesday from 4-8 pm. A funeral service for Ann will be held on Thursday, 11am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
