Anthony David Butterworth

Anthony David Butterworth, age 12, unexpectedly passed away on November 14, 2023, in Dundalk, MD. Born on May 6, 2011, Anthony brought joy and laughter to the lives of those around him.

Anthony was a kind-hearted young boy who possessed a vibrant spirit and an infectious enthusiasm for life. Despite his young age, he touched the hearts of many with his warm smile and loving nature. His presence was felt by all who knew him, and his absence leaves a void that cannot be filled.

Anthony was the beloved son of Shawn Butterworth and Heather Perez, and step-son of Pablo Perez. He was a cherished brother to his sisters, Breanna, Trinity, and Elianna "MooMoo" and his brothers, Shawn Jr. and Pablo "Punky" Jr. Anthony was also adored by his grandparents, Margaret and David Butterworth, Christine and Randy Corbin, and his adoring aunts and uncles, Michelle Butterworth, Jon, Sean and Tiffanie Meadows, and Zakk and Jake Corbin, Uncle Timmy, Uncle Gary and Aunt Bonnie.

Passionate about the outdoors, Anthony found solace and joy in fishing, hunting, camping, and immersing himself in nature's beauty. He had a natural talent for hustling in pool games, and his competitive spirit was always admired by his friends. Anthony's face would light up with excitement as he collected and traded his Pokemon cards. As a passionate sports fan, he cheered tirelessly for both the Ravens and the Orioles, uniting in support of his local sports teams.

A compassionate soul, Anthony will be dearly missed by his numerous loving cousins, extended family, and friends, whose lives were enriched by his presence. The memory of Anthony's infectious laughter, his genuine kindness, and his zest for life will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who knew him.

The services to honor and celebrate Anthony's life will take place at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, Dundalk, MD 21222. The public is invited to attend the viewing on November 19, 2023, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, where family and friends can come together to pay their respects and share memories of Anthony.

A funeral service will be held on November 20, 2023, at 11:00 am at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk. Following the funeral service, a graveside ceremony will be held at Oak Lawn Cemetery, where Anthony will be peacefully laid to rest.
