Arthur F. Cate Jr.

On August 15, 2020, Arthur F. Cate, Jr., passed away peacefully at home with his devoted wife of nine years, Christina Cate by his side. Arthur was the beloved husband of the late Marie Cate; devoted father of Dawn Karwacki and her new husband Kirk, Dale Gomez and her husband Gilbert, Arthur Cate, III and his wife Heather, Anthony (Tony) Cate and his wife Trasie, Thomas (Tommy) Cate and his wife Leah. Arthur is also survived by many loving grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and family by marriage.

Arthur served in the United States Army, and afterward spent his career in the printing and graphics industry, retiring from Baltimore City.  He loved motorcycles, the  Baltimore Ravens, road trips, his boat, a stiff drink, chocolate, and his family and friends.


Friends may call at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, P.A., 7110 Sollers Point Road on Wednesday, 3 - 7 p.m. A private viewing hour will be held for immediate family beginning at 2 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home on Thursday, August 20, at 12 p.m. Interment will be immediately following at Parkwood Cemetery.
