On August 19, 2017, Arthur Cecil Douglas Jr., beloved husband to Vicki Douglas; devoted father to Kelly and Alex Douglas; cherished son of the late Arthur and Laura Douglas; loving brother to Elsie Osborne, Philip Douglas and his wife Karen, and Jennie Siler and her husband Ray. Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM and at Synergy Community Church on Thursday morning from 10:30-11:30 AM. A funeral service to celebrate Arthur's life will be held at Synergy Community Church Thursday morning at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Arthur's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
