Barbara Mills

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Ella (Sprinkel) Mills, beloved wife of the late, Harold Guy Mills, Jr., devoted mother of Jane W. McJilton, Harold Guy Mills, III, and Russell Chris Robert Mills. Loving grandmother of Donielle McJilton, Morgan McJilton, Ashley Cooper, Kristina Miller, Gary Geroski, Josh Klein, Christina Mills and Matthew Mills. Loving sister to Thelma Otto, Russell Sprinkel, Jr., Robert Sprinkel, Kay Knight, Kim Crispino, Gail Witten, and brother-in-law Chris Mills. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews, and many friends who loved her very much. Barbara and her late husband were members of the United Church of God.  Barbara worked for the State of Maryland for many years, and she retired from the Public Service Commission. 

Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens, 10201 Bird River Road, Baltimore, MD 21220.
