Billie Mullins passed from this life into eternity on December 21, 2020. Billie was a beloved wife to the late Hearl Mullins. Devoted mother to Jimmy Mullins Sr. and his wife Deborah, Renita Umberger and her husband Michael Sr. and the late Ricky Mullins. Loving grandmother to Jimmy Mullins Jr. and his wife Mary, Michael Umberger Jr. and his wife Lindsay, Ricky Umberger and his wife Nicole, Jennifer Jenkins and Phil Jurkiewicz. Great grandmother to Kyle Mullins, Braydan Wade, Blair Umberger, Ivy Umberger and the late Everliegh Jenkins. Sister to Wallace Ratliff and Donna Jackson. Aunt to Brittney Jackson, Stevie Jackson and his wife Karina, Jason Jackson and Zachary and Tyler.

The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A funeral service for Billie will be held on Monday 10 am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
