Bonnie (Bonavetta) is survived by her devoted husband of 41 years, Randolph N. Blair, Sr, her loving son and his wife Clinton and Melissa Shifflett and adoring granddaughter Ella Grace Shifflett, her caring brother Joseph Winiarski, Jr. and his wife Maria, her children by marriage Lori and late husband Kenneth Klasmeier, Matthew and his wife Elizabeth, Randolph N. Blair, Jr. and his wife Danielle, and their children, Tyler, Austin, Ally, Grant and Dominick, and her aunt and lifelong friend, Carolyn Emgee as well as many other family and friends.
Bonnie was born to Eleanor and Joseph Winiarski, Sr. and grew up in Sparrows Point/Essex/Dundalk. She enjoyed a long career with Johns Hopkins University as an executive assistant and right hand to many of the University's medical leaders. She was a firecracker! She had an infectious laugh that made her the life of the party wherever she went. She loved trips to Atlantic city, being with her cats and feeding the feral ones that wandered into her yard. She even created beds and warm areas for them in the winter months. She had a caring and generous spirit, always willing and wanting to help others, whether human or feline. She loved scary movies and told everyone how she saw the Exorcist in the movie theater (the night it premiered December 26, 1973) while six months pregnant with the joy of her life, her son Clint Shifflett.
Her family will forever cherish the time we had with her. We will remember always trips to AC, group emails throughout the day that helped our work days pass faster, Halloween decorating and movie nights, cabin weekends, dinners at Scoozi’s and Michaels, crabs at Jimmy’s, marathon games of partners Gin, celebrating the Ravens, lots and lots of laughter and so much more.
