Brian Patrick Reed

Brian P Reed, 55, passed away on July 10 2017 at home in Dundalk, MD. He was born on August 2, 1961 in Baltimore, MD to Frederick and Hellen Reed. Brian grew up in Dundalk, MD. He graduated from Archbishop Curley in Baltimore, MD in 1979. After high school he attended Dundalk Community College where he received an Associate of Arts degree for Industrial Mechanics. He worked for Owens Illinois as a mechanic for 25 years. In 2008 he changed companies and went to work with North American Millwright in Dundalk, MD where he continued his career as a mechanic. Brian married Barbara in 1984 in Dundalk, MD. They were happily married for 33 years. Brian was a member of Our Lady of Hope's Boy Scouts. He enjoyed spending time with his family, working in the back yard, playing with their pets, watching sports, and lending a hand whenever it was needed. Brian is survived by his spouse Barbara of Dundalk, MD; his children Jennifer and David; his siblings Chris, Mark, Denise, and Charlie; and his nieces and nephews along with other relatives. Brian was preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Hellen; and his sister Sharon. A viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222 on Friday, July 14 between the hours of 3PM - 5PM and 7PM - 9PM. A funeral service to celebrate Brian's life will be held on Friday at 4:30 PM.
