Bruce D. Paul

In the early morning hours on Saturday September 18, 2021, Bruce Donald Paul passed from this life at the age of 75.  He was a loving father to Matt and his caring wife Sarah, Andy and his wife Nicole, and Curtis and his fiancé Lindsay. Bruce was a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren: Matthew, Brandon, Charlie, Thomas, Nathan, Katie, and Gabriel Paul.  He was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Anna Paul.

A lifelong outdoorsman and hunter, Bruce cherished time spent in nature and in Maryland’s forests and waters.  Bruce lived most of his life in Maryland, where he labored as an electrician in the hot mills of Bethlehem Steel for 46 years.  Bruce served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War from 1964 to 1968.  Bruce will be remembered for his love of wildlife, his incredible work ethic, and above all, his unwavering commitment to supporting and providing for his family.  Bruce’s ashes will be dispersed in the woods where he loved to hunt, along with the ashes of his loyal Labrador retriever Shadow.  He will be missed and loved by all.

The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service for Bruce will be held Wednesday evening at 8pm.
