Catherine "Toot" Pugh

Lifelong resident of Carnegie Plat, Catherine A. Pugh (nee Kuhn) passed away February 28,2023 peacefully at her home in Dundalk, MD surrounded by loved ones. Cathy affectionately known as "Toot" was born Dec 14,1946 to the late Bernard and Edith Kuhn. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Franklin, her three daughters and their husbands, Kimberly and Vernon Holt Jr., Michelle and Thomas Ludwig Sr, Nicole and William Jantzen. Grandsons Kenneth Holt and his wife Angela, Tommy Ludwig Jr., and Billy Jantzen, Great grandsons Dylan and Levi Holt. Her Uncle William Humphrey and wife Gloria and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Catherine is predeceased by her late aunt Mildred Humphrey.

She was a 1964 graduate of Dundalk Senior High School. After high school, she married her childhood sweetheart, and after raising three daughters she started a family owned business in Dundalk, Bernie and Frank's small engine repair shop. Cathy loved her coffee and passing the time with her grand dog Cookie, watching soap operas, science fiction shows and old westerns.

The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Sunday from 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm. A funeral service for Catherine will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 10 am. Interment to follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
