Charles "Franco" Fouts Sr., husband of Catherine (McCarthy) Fouts, father of Charles F. Fouts Jr. and wife Marie, Daniel A. Fouts and wife Donna, John D. Fouts and wife Renee, Marie L. Mohns and husband Chris, Michael J. Fouts and wife Cheri and the late Cathy Fouts, grandfather of Daniel Jr., Robert, David, Dana, Joseph, Jesse, Walt, Carmella, Michael Jr., Matthew, Priscella and Elmer, great grandfather of Yanni, Stella, Dimitrious, Alexia, Joseph Jr., Kayden, Jesse Jr., Christina and Katyanne and brother of Jean Smith.                       Visitation with family will be held on Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and  6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME of DUNDALK 7110 Sollers Point Road.  A Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 10 :00 AM from the funeral home. Pastor David Erickson will officiate. Interment service will be at a later date at the convenience of the family.
