On April 6, 2018, Charlotte Richter, beloved wife of John Richter; devoted mother to Donald Brady, Debbie Meeder, and Michael Brady; loving grandmother to Dave, Ryan, Kristin, Courtney, Donnie, Matthew, and Lauren; caring great-grandmother to Aidan, Greyson, and Olivia. Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A funeral service to celebrate Charlotte's life will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
