Cosimo Giordano Sr.

Cosimo Paul Giordano Sr passed away at home on 12/5/2017, in Nottingham, MD at the age of 72.   Cosimo is survived by his nine children, Doreen Campbell, Michael Giordano, Charles Giordano, Misty Felts, April Giordano, Melody Kruise, Steven Giordano and his wife Elka Giordano, Paul Giordano and his wife Katie Giordano, and Megan Brimer and her husband Casey Brimer. Cosimo is also survived by his wife, Nancy Giordano, caretaker and very best friend, Patricia Frado Cihak. Cosimo also has many Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren that he loved dearly. He was proceeded in death by his loving Mother, Doris Meridith.   Cosimo Paul Giordano Sr was born on 11/12/1945 in Baltimore, MD. He graduated from Dundalk High School, and immediately enlisted in the Navy. Cosimo served four years in the Navy, before returning home. Cosimo worked many, many jobs over the years, but spent the most years working for Eastern Correctional Institution, located in Westover, MD. With his combined years in military service and time at ECI, he was able to retire as a Lieutenant.   Cosimo was an original, one of a kind person. He loved to make others laugh, and be the life of any party. He was passionate about many things in life, and was always true to his beliefs. He will be truly missed.   There will be a private ceremony for Family in the weeks to come. The family is asking that in lieu of any flowers, etc, that people would donate to a worthy heart disease, or cancer research charity.
