Cynthia "Cindy" Whitlow

On Sunday, April 30, 2023, Cynthia "Cindy" Whitlow passed away. Beloved wife of Scott Whitlow, devoted mother to Amber Noll and her husband George, caring grandmother of Olivia, Keira, Ava and George, cherished sister of Christina Mahaley, Joseph D. Pollhein, and Michelle Pollhein, and loved dearly by her dog Scooter. Cindy is predeceased by her parents James and Dolores Pollhein. 

Family will receive visitors on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, Dundalk, MD 21222. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
