On February 5, 2022, Darlene Koch, beloved wife of Glenn Koch and the late Charles “Sonny” Waters, dear sister to the late Kenneth Danneman and his deceased wife Beatrice, the late Andrew Danneman; loving aunt of Kenneth Danneman Jr. and his wife Colleen, the late Robert Danneman and his surviving wife Mary Ellen, Kimberly Iwanowski and her husband Kenneth, Pamela Fuchsluger and her husband Mark, and; cherished great-aunt to Kaitlyn Iwanowski and boyfriend Joseph Howe, Kayla Iwanowski and boyfriend Chris Cottone, Sierra Sherman and her husband David, Olivia Fuchsluger and boyfriend Trevor Brown, and Mark Fuchsluger, Jr. Darlene is also survived by many other loving family and friends.
Darlene was in the 1st graduation class of Patterson High School in February 1961. Darlene most notably worked for A & E Clothing company from 1961 to 1978. She was a life-long member of United Evangelical Church (Batz’s) in Canton where she worked as a secretary, taught Sunday school, and sang in the choir. She was involved in many charitable organizations and loved to crochet. She married “Sonny” Waters in 1978 and was a homemaker until his death in 1994. It was later in 2012 when she married Glenn Koch where they relocated to Oak Crest Retirement Community.
Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Friday, February 11 from 2-5 & 7-9 PM. Additional visitation will be held Saturday morning at the Oak Crest Chapel from 9-10 AM. A funeral service celebrating Darlene's life will be held Saturday morning at 10 AM at Oak Crest. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
