On December 5, 2018, husband of the late Mary Andrews, father of David W. Andrews III and his wife Carol, step-daughter, Debra Shifflett, and step-sons Ray Shifflett and John Shifflett   .           Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
