David Edward Griffin, Sr.

On September 15, 2020, David Edward Griffin, Sr., beloved husband of 43 years to Lisa M Griffin (nee Petr), devoted father to Kimberly and Josh Hardester, Denise and Mike Steigerwald, David and Kim Griffin, Jr., loving and proud grandfather to Ava, Nathan, Aidan, Brayden, Morgan and Isabelle, Brother to Reginald Griffin, Jack Griffin and his wife Dawn, Jeannie Fontana and her husband Mark, Dr. Catherine Griffin, Marie Bassetti and her husband Victor, Rick Griffin and his wife Michelle, Robert Griffin and his wife Pam, Brother in law to Jeanne Petr, Robert Petr, Nancy Rohe, Jackie Hightower and Sandra Petr, predeceased by his parents Reginald and Katherine Griffin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephew. Dave loved his dogs – Stanley and Barney – in lieu of flowers please make donations to your local animal shelter. The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 to 11:00 am. A funeral service for David will be held Saturday, 11:00 am, at the funeral home.
