Deborah Locklear passed from this life on August 18, 2021. She was a beloved wife to the late Percell Locklear Jr. Devoted mother to Stacey Mitchell and her husband Eric. Grandmother to Dakota Locklear and Logan Mitchell. Sister to Linda Dalton. Aunt to Adam Plitko.

The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Monday from 4-8 pm. A funeral service for Deborah will be held on Tuesday 11 am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
