Doris Felts

Doris May Felts, age 87, of Baltimore, Md, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Lorien Mays Chapel in Timonium, Md.  Born on April 20, 1931, in Edgemere, Md, she was the daughter of the late Homer S and Edith B Boblits Gover.  She is preceded in death by her late husband Robert T. Felts Sr, a son Michael A. Felts, and one brother Homer S. Gover Jr.  She is survived by 5 children and their spouses: Robert (Donna), Larry, Tommy (Colleen), Pamela Oakley (Orville) and Kimberly Wolf who holds a special place in our mother’s heart as her very special care giver.  She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Doris loved tending to her gardens, taking drives in the country by avoiding all major highways, camping under the stars and cooking for her family.  She absolutely loved spending time with her grandchildren and teaching them her love of the outdoors.  Our mother was a kind and giving person and by example, she passed along her spiritual faith, her love for cooking, her appreciation for all plants inside and out, and her strong work ethic.
