On August 18, 2017, Dorothy May Burgess (nee Schaub), beloved wife of the late Edward L. Burgess, dear sister of the late Eunice E. Johnson, devoted mother of Patricia Hipsley and Cheryl Steele, grandmother of John Hipsley, Sheri Hipsley, Steve Steele and Jason Steele, great grandmother of Jessica Grove, Savannah Gustaitus and Casey Steele, aunt of Linda Romeo, Diane Alejo and Thomas Johnson. Also survived by other loving family members Kelly McDevitt, Robert Gustaitus, Nestor Alejo, Jennifer Alejo, Julie Alejo, Christina Steele, Melodie Easton and Mandy Kinkaid. Loving pet grandmom of Izzy, Mollie, Nemo, Brandon and Lexi. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2017, 12 noon at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 7801 North Point Rd. Edgemere, Md. 21219.
