Elsie passed from this life on April 17, 2020. She was a beloved mother to Darlene Shirk and her husband Bryan. Grandmother to James Shirk. Sister to Patsy Still. She will be laid to rest at Loudon Park Cemetery. Arrangements by Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk.
