Emily Noel
Emily Noel passed away on February 7, 2020. She was a beloved wife to the late Thomas Noel, devoted mother to Debra Perez and her husband Michael and the late James Noel, and loving grandmother to Kelly Paul.
The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A funeral service for Emily will be held on Friday, 10 am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
