Ertle Ray Hammonds

On August 16, 2022 Ertle Ray Hammonds, devoted father of Contrina Hammonds-Ragucci and her husband Brad Ragucci, Elizabeth Hammonds-Rolfes and her husband Christopher Rolfes, and Brittney Hammonds-Wyatt and her husband Scott Wyatt; cherished grandfather of Courtney Hammonds-Hess, Leah Rolfes, CJ Rolfes, Serenity Wyatt, and Brensley Wyatt; loving great-grandfather to RJ Lloyd, Bryleigh Zuniga, and one on the way; dear brother to eight sisters and seven brothers. Ertle is preceded in death by his parents, Ertle B Hammonds and Elizabeth Locklear Hammonds.

Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Friday from 4-8 PM. A funeral service celebrating Ertle's life will be held Saturday morning at the funeral home at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The American Cancer Society. Alternatively everyone is encouraged to plant a tree in his memory.
