On April 7, 2017, Frank Cox Jr, beloved husband to the late Betty Cecelia Kilpatrick; devoted father to Linda Fay Paul and her husband William, Richard Lee Cox and his wife Cindy, Charles Edward Cox and his wife Helen, Thomas Wayne Cox, and Kevin Roy Cox and his wife Jane; loving grandfather to William Peter James Paul Jr.; caring great-grandfather to Jordan Paul, Nicholas Paul, and Ava Paul; dear brother to Marion Carlton Cox. Frank is also survived by many loving family and friends.The family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Tuesday and Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A funeral service to celebrate Frank's life will be held on Thursday morning at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
