Gregory Joseph Wolf of Sykesville, MD passed away on April 19, 2021. He was born November 10, 1965 to James and Patricia Wolf of Dundalk. Greg was a 1983 graduate of Patapsco High School. He worked many jobs in the construction industry, both as an independent contractor and as an operating engineer for IUOE Local 37 . Construction and engineering were lifelong passions of his. There was nothing Greg couldn't build or fix -- from houses and commercial buildings to cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, and everything in between.
Greg enjoyed acquiring equipment, machines, tools, and gadgets to restore and utilize for his many projects. He had a keen mechanical eye and spent much of his time teaching his children these skills, developing their shared love for all things with engines. With his knowledge and talent, he also built a custom playground for his daughter and sons. Greg loved boating and being on the water, as well as fireworks on the 4th of July (or any other day of the year). He was also known for his memorable sense of humor and wisecracks.
Greg is survived by his wife of 33 years, Laurie and their children: daughter Amanda Barndt (husband Joe) and sons Nicholas Wolf (wife Stacey), Ryan Wolf, and Jason Wolf. He is also survived by his mother Patricia, his brothers Tony and Jimmy, and his grandson Landon.
