Helen A. Welkie

On January 1, 2020, Helen A. Welkie (nee Rusnack), beloved wife of 42 years to Joseph J. Welkie, Sr. (deceased); cherished mother of daughter, Carolann M. Peck and son-in-law, Daniel Peck, son, Joseph Welkie, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Elaine Welkie; loving grandmother to grandson, Robert Peck and his wife Darcey Peck, granddaughter, Mary Welkie and grandson, Joseph Welkie III; great-grandmother to Savannah and Julianne Peck.  Devoted sister to Emma Rusnack Kochel (deceased), and aunt to Lucielle Hosler.  

Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Sunday, January 5, 2020, from 6-8 PM. A funeral Mass to celebrate Helen's life will be held Monday morning at St Leo the Great Parish, 227 S. Exeter St, Baltimore, MD 21202 at 11 AM.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen's memory may be made to The Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute, Wilmer Development Office, 600 N. Wolfe St., Wilmer 112, Baltimore, MD 21287.  Designate donations to Wilmer Bayview in the memo section.
