The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road on Tuesday and Wednesday from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM. A funeral service to celebrate Howard's life will be held on Thursday, 11:00 AM, at the funeral home.
